Please ensure you have read these terms and conditions & our cancellation policy before proceeding to the tariff or enquiry form, thank you.

Prices for B&B are per person per night.

No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received.

Deposit of first night's accommodation will hold booking.

Single Supplement: additional £20.00 per night on top of per person rate (Moffat & Argyll rooms only).

Unlike many B&Bs we do not insist on a minimum two night stay for Bank Holidays.

All major credit cards accepted.

UK Cheques accepted with appropriate Guarantee Card only.

We regret, no children under 16.

Blarcreen is a non-smoking establishment in line with Scottish Law.

We regret, no dogs (except seeing eye dogs).

Blarcreen is closed from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily for cleaning.

Dinners that are reserved and cancelled must be paid for.

Cancellation Policy

In all cases a deposit of the first night's accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. In the case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

Deposit will be refunded less £5.00 administration charge if the room(s) can be relet.
If room(s) cannot be re-let on any nights cancelled then the following charges apply:
Loss of deposit for stays of one night.
Loss of deposit and full cost of any extra nights booked will be charged if cancellation is less than 5 days prior to scheduled arrival.
For cancellations of more than 5 days prior to scheduled arrival loss of deposit plus 50% of total cost of nights booked will be charged.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.

A 5% administration charge will be made for payments made by American Express, all other major debit/credit cards will be free of charge.
